K.We have used Oz before to remove a panel radiator and he did a great job at that time. This time we needed 2 other panel radiators removed and to be replaced with column radiators and he did a fantastic job. He’s polite, friendly and extremely tidy. I would highly recommend.

J. C.Brilliant & highly recommended! We had an issue with a small leak under the kitchen sink. After getting a recommendation from a neighbour we called and spoke to reception who managed to fit us in after we shared via whatsapp a video of the problem (to show it was hopefully not a big/long job for a professional).
Oz arrived a few hours later and was wonderful. Everything was kept very clean, the work was completed quickly and he was very friendly. It's really refreshing. We were quoted for the work before beginning and he had all the parts required including spare taps! We'll definitely use Tap Into for any future issues.
A. B.I had a problem with the flushing mechanism for one of my toilets. Oz quoted a price to replace the relevant part. However, when he came to do the job, on examination he felt it was unnecessary to replace the entire part and was able to do a repair instead. The price that he charged was correspondingly considerably lower. I greatly appreciate his professionalism, and the fact that he tackled the problem without trying to make a fast buck out of my ignorance of all things plumbing. He worked very efficiently, was very approachable and had a lovely manner in the whole way he conducted the job. What more could one ask for!
