Shower knob broken and cartridge inside shower broken. Very good service from very helpful telephonist to professional plumber. No hidden costs. Very efficient and professional service. I will definitely use this company again.

I was really happy and impressed with the service that not only Peter provided but the company in general. Peter was great, he turned up on time, he explained everything really well and got everything fixed within half an hour. The online payment system was super easy with a detailed invoice emailed over too! I'm more than happy to recommend Vanderbilt to anyone looking for professional and friendly service in SW15 and I'll definitely be using them in the future.

Fantastic service. I called up on the Monday afternoon. The friendly and helpful lady arranged for a plumber to attend the next morning. The plumber was on time and courteous (even offering to cover his shoes so as not to walk dirt on the carpet). The work was finished within an hour to a perfect standard. Advice was given for potential future problems which was much appreciated. I will definitely use Vanderbilt again. Thanks!

Got Vanderbilt round to triage and fix an issue we had for months! We had periodic, loud vibrating above us which caused a lot of disruption, previous companies had come round and attempted to fix the issue but to no success. Vanderbilt came round, were super friendly, went up to the loft, found the issue quickly and fixed it without a fuss. Only wish we knew of them before!

Vanderbilt provided an absolutely fantastic service. Sophia, who is your first point of contact, was extremely helpful and polite. Sophia organised for an engineer to come to my property the day after I phoned to do a boiler service. I realised the morning of the job I may have a problem with the time I booked, Sophia was exceptionally flexible and would have changed the time if needed. Mark, the engineer, was very prompt, efficient and helpful. I really can’t fault them and it was a refreshing change to deal with such a professional company at such a reasonable cost.

I used Vanderbilt to investigate a dripping/tapping noise every time I turned the heating on. On the first visit from Mark we thought we had solved the issue. I paid the invoice promptly. A few days later I discovered the noise was still happening. Mark returned to investigate again. Other companies I have used previously would have charged an additional call out charge to return, not Vanderbilt. Mark on both occasions was very detailed with his explanations and possible solutions. As a first time solo property buyer it's difficult to navigate your way through tradespeople to find reputable, honest & qualified people to do the work at a fair price. Vanderbilt will definately be my go to guys.
