I.Walthamstow Plumber isn't an actual company neither are Barnet Plumbers, Dartford Plumbers etc (there's a clue in the "We're based in North West London" line on the Walthamstow website), it's one of a series of websites used by a plumber called Jaswant (Jay) Singh who produces invoices under Swaley Heating Services. Not sure who you are dealing with aside....Jay was easy to deal with and so far so good in terms of the work he did to fix a leaking toilet.
