So far they have been very pleasant to have on site. They are punctual, reliable and the invoices have been as I expected. They are easy to deal with. We called Zest when the boiler in our tenanted property started to play up. They came the same day, diagnosed the problem and the next day came back, fitted the replacement heat exchanger and serviced the boiler at the same time. A very impressive response and service. Now we always call Zest first.
A. W.Zest have done several Gas Safety check reports for me for many years and have always been excellent and reliable. However, due to a leak we recently had Zest completely re fit a bathroom, which required everything being ripped out and re done. This included tiling, plumbing and decorating. Not only was the standard first class, their desire to protect the carpets and surrounding rooms from dust and dirt, was fantastic, leaving the house virtually spotless every evening. I could not rate them more highly.
T. S.Armand and the team carried out the conversion of a bedroom to an en suite bathroom for the master bedroom in our home in Clapham. We are thrilled with the end result. Armand worked with us to agree a scope of work and quote we were comfortable with, without compromising on the end result. The standard of work is first class and Armand did a great job overseeing it all, keeping us updated and managing the project. Zest would be the first call if we were to do more work in the future.
