Called Excel because our toilet and sink were blocked, turns out the external soil pipe and drain was blocked solid. Can't recommend Excel enough... came when they said they would, quickly identified where the problem was, got it unblocked & deep cleaned and then popped a camera inside the drain to check they'd removed all the debris. Finally cleaned everything down so there was no mess left. Very efficient process from start to finish and all for £95... I think that's very good value for the length of time and effort he put in to the job. Really friendly guy too, so would definitely recommend.

Great service from Excel Drain Unblocking. Our downstairs toilet was blocked and the lads quickly worked out where the problem was and found a solution to fix it. It was a bit more complicated than usual due to the drainage system of the house. They had solved the problem in under two hours - can't fault them. Happy to recommend.

Got in touch with Gary through ratedpeople.com and he got back to me within minutes of the enquiry! They came to assess our drains and confirmed our suspicions of a broken soil pipe and waste water pipe using a CCTV survey. After receiving a very reasonable quote to complete the removal of old broken pipes and re route the water pipe they came the next week to do the job which was great as we needed the job doing ASAP! Kyle and Gary did the job within a day and considering it was God awful weather they did really well! Digging up the back yard getting rid of the old pipes and replacing with new ones, they were efficient worked quickly and communication was great throughout the entire process. They had to come back a few days later to finish the concreting as the rain was too bad to finish on the day but it's all done and we are super happy with it! No more problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has issue with drains they are professional and they are quick at responding and coming to do the job. Very glad we chose Excel drainage! Our drain was overflowing and we had a car slightly blocking the man hole. Called this other Bury drain unblockers and they said they couldn't do it so I gave these guys a call and came down. Drain was fixed and cleared. They are on the expensive side but they got the job done
