I called Martyn during the deep freeze two weeks before Christmas to a leaking boiler which was also making bubbling noises. Martyn attended us with short notice when we had no heating or hot water and a possible gas leak, he was calm on the phone helped me make the house safe and despite having a full days work came to us and got our boiler working in -4 degrees. He was professional and helpful, I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Martyn.

Excellent and reliable, arrived at the time stated and gave us prior noice he was on route to our home. Woolvine P&H carried out a a Full Striped Down Service which hadn’t been done for 18 mths due to CV19. He also carried out hard piping for our Induction Combi Hob, having paid a different firm to do this and found they’d not used correct type of fittings (Flex Hose when Gas Regs state Isolation Tap & Hard Copper Piping.) He is obviously very highly qualified and well-trained, and understands the complications of modern boilers and systems. We will be employing him in the Spring/Summer to fit new Radiators in our home. Highly Recommended & Thank You.

Martyn has been brilliant over the last couple of years for my business. Yesterday our boiler stopped working and we had no hot water. Being a hair salon at the busiest time of the year and this happening was extremely stressful for us. We have Martyn a call, expecting him to be too busy himself to be able to come over asap. He was with us within 15 minutes despite his busy schedule and had the hot water running again in no time. Cannot thank Martyn enough for his kindness and appreciate his help so much. I recently had a new boiler and 2 new radiators fitted by Woolvine plumbing and heating, I would highly recommend Martyn to anyone who is in need of a new heating system, after visiting my house he gave me 3 levels of choice in boiler systems in my breakdown quote, this was done in a casual manor, with no hard sales talk, which I liked. He did a great job from start to finish, it took 2 days to complete the work, this was carried out in a clean, and professional manor. I also liked that he got back to me asap with any query’s prior to carrying out his work.. I would definitely use martyn again for any plumbing and heating jobs. 😊
