They arrived on time and just got on with the job. Very clean and tidy and didn't leave any mess behind. I done an extensive search to get the best price for my chosen boiler and installation and that was MK City. So after checking online reviews I decided to go with them and it was definitely the right decision. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future work

Our boiler was condemned on Tuesday so after a local search for Boiler Installers in MK I spoke to Steve who came straight out that day and gave us a quote. We gave Steve the go ahead on Wednesday and today (Thursday) Steve and his colleague (Arter, I think, sorry if its wrong!) showed up and fitted a brand new baxi boiler. They were quick and were competitive with some of the other quotes we received. The fact they were able to fit us in next day really helped us out. Would definitely recommend!

Just had a brand new combi boiler fitted in my new home from these guys. Professional service from quote to installation. Even offered to supply us with temporary heaters to keep us going until the installation date as the ancient boiler we had packed up beyond repair. Juggled some of their appointments round to ensure we weren’t without heating and hot water for too long. Installation guys were fab - cleared all rubbish off site and went through all of the controls thoroughly with me. Excellent price and guarantee too. Would highly recommend!

Our old boiler was on the point of giving up the ghost so we spoke to MK city about fitting a new one. They did a great job advising on and then fitting a new combi boiler. We had one issue, we had to have our flue go up through our roof and we weren't quite happy with how the flue joined with the surrounding tiles. After some negotiation MK did come back and filled in the gaps. Pipes and boiler both are working fine.

These guys was perfect my boiler broke down with in half an hour they sent over an engineer( who god bless his sole) went the extra mile and fixed my boiler he was clean , tidy , polite very pleased . I heard of Mk city plumbing & heating from my sister she booked them in to re-design her bathroom which looks amazing from top to bottom we couldn’t believe the transformation just in a couple of days absolutely outstanding Highly recommended from a broken tap to an whole new heating system 5 star guys
