B. P.Terry - what a star! Had an issue with a property thats rented on Air BnB and couldn't get hold of our normal plumber for 2 days so guest was understandably getting pretty annoyed. Called Terry and within 2 hours he had been round and fixed the problem so the poor guest could have a shower. Went over and above to help when he didn't know me from Adam!
