I rang this company today as we have a drainage problem. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful and walked me through what the problem maybe and gave brilliant me advice before taking the step of inviting them to look at it. I will be taking that advice and hopefully it will resolve the issue but having had such a really positive verbal service from them I will have no hesitation in contacting them if I cant resolve the issue. Thank you so much for your detailed explanations and advice..

1adrainflow sorted a longstanding problem we had with our drains where a large tree root had cracked and collapsed the pipe work. From the initial investigation with camera to locate the affected area to the considerable excavation under our garden room to rectify the issue, they were at all times extremely considerate and professional. Although the floor had to be taken up and a considerable amount of concrete drilled through, they were at all stages very tidy and made good to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them - thank you again 1adrainflow!

This is the second time we have had reason to call 1A Drainflow and can only say that Charlie has given us a professional and reasonably priced service. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he provides a running commentary on what he is doing and importantly why he is doing the particular process. On both occasions he has attended very quickly and arrives when he says he is going to. He is very thorough and even the difficult situations do not phase him. Would always recommend him and 1A Drainflow every time.

I phoned this company on the off chance that they could help with a leaking washing machine valve as I had to remove the machine to be able to complete the house sale on time. That afternoon the plumber arrived and sorted everything out including capping off both water inlets making it safe for the in-coming owners. What impressed me was the communication, I had several phone calls/texts during the morning to advise that a plumber was on his way with an ETA. I cannot praise this company highly enough. A well deserved 5 stars!

We had a problem with overflowing drains. More in hope, I phoned 1A Drainflow (IOW) to firstly see if they were still open for business and secondly, to see if they would be able to come round sometime this week. No problem I was told - he’ll be with you within 2 hours (which he was). Jetted the system through and removed all of the ‘gunk’ that the builders had left behind 🙄 and all seems OK now. Very friendly service, very prompt and very efficient and I would thoroughly recommend them if you need and sort of drain clearance work done.
