I can highly recommend Pat and his team at Concept Plumbing. Pat oversaw the refurbishment of our upstairs bathroom from start to finish. the whole project was carried out with minimum disruption to us, with Graham and Will doing a fantastic job for us. I was recommended to use Concept when my usual plumber was unavailable. I have been so delighted with Concept from the very beginning to the end. Amy and Claire answer the phones so quickly and organise the appointments, ours was a little tricky as the tenant was not available for some of the APTS offered (absolutely no fault of hers) however the team provided a number of dates and times. Amy and Claire were so professional and friendly if I had a business I would definitely want them. Then Dan completed our boiler service and annual landlord gas safety check. He was happy to communicate with me by text, he was on time and went above and beyond, even phoning the boiler manufacturer to see if it was still under warranty so the boilers broken catch could be sent out. I have been so impressed with the company and whole team that I would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much for everything.

New boiler installed and old system removed, with energy prices on the rise had a more efficient boiler installed and all the old system and immersion tank removed, they were on time everyday and did a great tidy job the new boiler heats water instantly and was fitted quickly and the fitter cleared away all mess and tidied up after he left, brilliant service top job and a great price.
