Our central heating boiler died after 30 years. Elliot came and quoted on the next working day and a new boiler was installed three days later. The quote process was well organised and efficient and the installation managed extremely well. Elliot's advice was straightforward and helpful, communication good and the engineer worked very hard to make sure everything is working well. The price quoted was the best of four provided. No hesitation in recommending EJW!

First class service, from start to finish. Elliott visited the house to give us a quote, was very knowledgeable and explained the process for fitting the new boiler. He picked the most suitable boiler for the space we had, with minimal disruption to the property, unlike other companies that quoted us. I got the usual three quotes - (including one from the Big Six that was nearly 50% more and it wasn’t even what we were wanting!!). Elliott was superb, came out at a time that was convenient for us, talked through everything step by step and reassured us every step of the way. The guys arrived on time, were tidy as they went (which is definitely a bonus) and were meticulous in checking that everything worked properly before they left. We had a minor issue after the installation so after a quick call to Elliott, he was back out same day in less than an hour and did the adjustment necessary. I’m absolutely over the moon with the high standards they adhere to and had the boiler installed along with new pipework and other bits needed in a day. I’m so happy with their work ethic and the professionalism they show. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to family and friends. Thank you gents for a job well done.

I first used Elliott Wheldon Heating some 4 years ago and the. we moved into a new house and continued to use them to service our boiler. Unfortunately early this year our boiler broke and it was deemed that we had to get a replacement. Really great service. I needed a new boiler recently and Elliott came out to quote for me, very friendly and reassuring, gave me some options and a really good price. I had no hesitation in booking in him to do the job and he provided a very efficient installation. I went out for a few hours in the morning and by the time I came home he'd just finished - superb! Also, the boiler came with a 10 year guarantee (I was given the option to extend it to 15 years) whereas British Gas only offered me 5 years at a much higher price.

Wow ! E J Wheldon Plumbing & Heating are an absolutely amazing company .They beat all other companies on pricing and professionalism. The knowledge and understanding of my needs and requirements were outstanding .I was kept updated with the installation date and offered several options of finance if required . Two guys arrived on time and my new combi boiler and complete central heating system installed. Dylan and James were incredible there was a problem with the Mains outside UNDERGROUND water pipes !! 😩 so they had to work extra hard to overcome and work around this to complete the job . We received a very professional service from Elliott of EJ Wheldon plumbing, we needed a new boiler installed quickly. Elliott was great, he got us up and running quickly, he works very hard and the quality of his work and knowledge is impressive. Cleans up as he goes so no mess to deal with. Down to earth, open and honest regarding pricing ,we would recommend his services to anyone without hesitation.

Elliott was simply amazing. From the second he walked through the door, I knew I could trust him and he wouldn’t let me down and I didnt. It was my first time buying a house, and it was an old one that needed a lot of work, and Elliott was extremely patient and helpful in explaining to me what he was able to do for me. He explained which kind of boiler I would need and give his expert opinion and experience of a wide range of boilers, helping me to pick which would be the best one for the needs of my house, whilst not breaking the bank. He’s registered with the majority of these companies too, meaning choosing him gives you an extra warranty. He was always available to chat and always punctual. There are very few workmen I’ve experienced that have made me feel as comfortable as Elliott.

Full Central Heating Installation WOW , doesn't even begin to sum up the level of service that we received from Elliott and his team. We had decided to take the plunge and have central heating installed., from initial point of contact to the final moments of installation Elliott was an absolute superstar - nothing was too much trouble or a problem and he took the time to reassure us every step of the way . We had already received other quotations , however Elliott was by the far the most reasonable and as a result we had a complete central heating install in 2 days , no mess no fuss and to an amazingly high standard , and he cleaned up along the way which many other tradesman seem to forget. I’ve used this company a couple of times now, once for a new boiler and smart heating control installation and the second time for a smaller plumbing issue. Both times I have received a very high standard of service. Both times I have had far better prices than the competition. The boiler installation was excellent throughout, from initial contact, through to site visit and quotation, and ultimately the actual fitting of the new boiler. The ‘smaller plumbing issue’ wasn’t actually an easy fix, however, Elliot was determined to solve the problem and stuck at it until the fault was identified and finally fixed. I have no issue in recommending this company for all heating and plumbing work. It’s difficult to find good quality tradesmen these days so it’s refreshing when along comes a company that clearly has high standards.

Well what can I say here, Elliott came out and gave me a quote, he was very professional,non pushy, knowledgeable. The quote was very favorable and affordable. We went ahead with the installation of a new combi boiler. The day of installation, 08:00 on the dot, James showed up and set to work, removing the old one. Elliot popped in a while later, I presume to make sure James was on it lol 😆. Went through the process with me. 15:00 job completed to a fantastic standard, wouldnt know they had been,well apart from a new shiny boiler sitting in the airing cupboard. The old boiler,pipework,cardboard boxes etc collected and removed before they left. All I can say is a massive thank you to Elliot and James for a fantastic job well done with professionalism,

Elliott come round to do my whole plumbing system, put in a top quality vaillant boiler, lovely looking rads and compared to other quotes I got with cheaper boilers on he come up trumps on price and had the longest guarantee. Purchased a new house 3 years ago and used the immersion heater for the first time recently when we ran out of gas-heated hot water. The 2 year immersion heater warranty no longer applied and we were advised by the house builder that we would probably need a new immersion heater element. Elliott completed our annual boiler service and had a look at the immersion heater. He tightened a loose wire and reset it. We let our water tank run cold then put the immersion on. 'HEY PRESTO' after a while we had hot water provided by the immersion. Delighted with the service from Elliott who charged us only for the gas system maintenance.
