Rob and Ian are keen to help you get the right thang for the job. And understand when you don't always know the technical term for a thingy that's needed for the wotsit :-). The prices are keen too. And if it's not in stock it can generally be ordered Why bother with a chain or online supplier when you can use a local business??

Went in to the shop with a list of items needed for a shower room, and the salesperson spent 20-30 minutes explaining the best options and the plumbing related pitfalls to avoid. Very good service, and very reasonably priced!! Don’t let the appearance of the shop put you off, remember showrooms have to be paid for by the customer!!!!

Popped in today as I had a problem replacing my kitchen taps. The gentleman was really helpful, I showed him a photo of the current connections which he correctly identified and then made a brilliant suggestion on how to over come my problem. He asked if i had the correct tools for the job which I didn't. He then got the parts and the tools for just over £6 !! In B&Q that would have been over double that. Fantastic, helpful and friendly advice, I highly recommend you pay them a visit. Thank you for your fantastic service, I really appreciated it.

Just had to say what a fantastic bunch of guys at Norfolk Discount Plumbing & Electrical - went in on the off chance of finding a couple of plastic bath tap tops, probably from the eighties, and between them they rummaged through old boxes until they found some. this is a handy shop. knowledgeable staff. the prices are competitive too. its a useful spot to know if in that area and can save a lot of time if you need to go out and get something on a job. it doesnt look much from the outside but one day i couldnt face a drive round to screwfix and i was very pleasantly surprised. they stock for example bristan mixer showers- a reputable make at a good price

Wow just wonderful service .the 8 year old tap needed new parts , I was able to give then the old name of the tap and they managed to order a replacement washer unit (Stacy ) the I needed new tap handles , Ryan sent away for 2 different fittings to make sure I got the correct ones .been back today as I has a problem with a worn out screw ...Ryan fixed it ,
