Mother in laws boiler ceased to function and her usual plumber said the parts to repair were not available/obsolete. Rung these guys and Carl came out same day to quote for a new boiler and quickly sourced a replacement gas valve which was the source of the problem rather than a new boiler. Next day he sent Jamie round to fit the part and happy days boiler now working fine and they saved my mother in law £3500. Excellent and friendly service. Very satisfied

Had an F28 on our Vaillant ecotec, and Fahrenheit talked me through raising the boiler pressure to allow it to relight. Saved us a trip from them, and on a bank holiday weekend as well. They fitted and service our boiler, and have done for years. Great service!

Fahrenheit installed a new radiator for us when we moved into our house four years ago so we knew how good they were. However, on 5th March, woke up to no hot water and Fahrenheit came round that morning to check boiler. It could be repaired but after discussion, thought we'd buy a new one (seeing as ours was already an old one when we moved in) so piece of mind we bought one on interest free credit. The paperwork was organised very quickly and our new boiler was installed yesterday (10th March)! A new boiler within a week of old one breaking down...again, very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of Fahrenheit.

We had a Worcester Bosch Boiler fitted. The company were very easy to liaise with, returned calls quickly and answered any questions we had before we committed to the installation. They even accommodated a last minute change to the boiler model (our request) with no quibbles. On arrival, the two installers introduced themselves and kept us informed about the how the installation was progressing. They were polite, efficient and very tidy. All original fixtures and fittings were replaced with a lot of care. They ran through some of the important features of the boiler and controller, and completed all the works to a very high standard. We were delighted with their work, the choice of boiler and the pleasant way the all the staff conducts their business and workmanship. We were very impressed and they come recommended.

Called in April to discuss a problem with my boiler. Turned up the next day to find the cause, gave me a quote, then back a few days later to repair. Both times turned up promptly and text beforehand to confirm. Wore gloves, face mask, and shoe covers (due to virus precautions). Professional, polite, and sorted out the issue. No problems.

Came out the same day and at very short notice to look at our boiler which had packed up yesterday morning. Our boiler insurance company couldn’t see it until Saturday. With my wife having been critically ill in April and feeling the cold very much now, Saturday was no good whatsoever. Karl and Jamie were extremely helpful on first inspection, identifying the fault and ordering the new part immediately. The boiler was fixed this afternoon by Jamie and that is a huge worry removed for us. We both would have no hesitation in giving Fahrenheit five stars, and will be using them again in the future for our heating needs.

I cant recommend Fahrenheit enough - they made a potential nightmare project seem like a breeze. They removed our existing boiler from under the stairs, removed the old hot & cold water tanks, and fitted a new condensing-combi in the loft. The work took two days and at the end of each day you would not have known any work was taking place - the house was spotless. Karl and Adrian did the work and turned up on the dot, and completed the job on time too. All the old stuff was removed, the old flue hole was bricked up with matching bricks and mortar, and the new roof-mounted flue looks like its always been there. Polite and courteous doesn't do justice to these guys. Just think of the worst tradesmen you've met, and then go to the other end of the spectrum for Fahrenheit. I would go on but this review might start to seem too glowing :) The price was reasonable and the result is exactly what we hoped it would be. A big "thank you" to Fahrenheit and you'll have no problems if you use them too. Top job!

Have had a new boiler, new electric shower, a dishwasher plumbed in and a leaking towel rail fixed over the last few years since moving in. Zero problems and good prices. Just had Aidey (probably misspelled, sorry!) pop round at a moment's notice to fix the towel rail which is now humming quietly away instead of spewing water all over the floor! Top notch.

I can't praise them enough. Just had full Central heating fitted, and to be fair you wouldn't of known they had been. Very little disruption and always clearing up after then selves. From the qoute giving good advise, listening to our views and a fair price; to the instulation, all have a friendly attitude, keeping you informed with progress and always happy to explain things. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Fahrenheit.
