I have just returned from our consultation at Michael Pavis and I felt compelled to express my feelings about the experience. I could sum it up in one word, Brilliant! Our appointment was with Susan Whitaker who was fantastic from the outset, showing an incredible knowledge of all of the thousands of different products along with all their component fittings and fixtures. We spent 3 and a half hours where Susan advised and demonstrated everything, nothing was too much trouble, she obviously has the patience of a saint and clearly enjoys what she is doing. If that's not enough she also makes a wicked cup of coffee! Susan made what could have been a rather stressful experience into an enjoyable morning and I and my wife would like to say thank you!

Came across Michael Pavis through recommendation while shopping for plumbing wares. Their showroom is excellent: very neat and tidy, they source anything you possibly need: Splashback, Shower, Baths, Toilets, Radiators, Self adhesive bathroom flooring etc. If there are certain items you need and they don't stock, the showroom team will quickly send enquiries to suppliers, and come back with a price and estimated delivery time. They will also attempt to provide their very best prices whenever possible. I have mainly dealt Adam, which is quick, polite and professional. Luke and Hillary are also very friendly and attentive! Overall, their quality and speed of customer service are excellent. Will recommend!! P.S. There are 2 entry points for Michael Pavis (one into their warehouse and one into their sales&showroom), the showroom is the farther entrance when coming from Phoenix Park. You will also have to cross the tramline to enter their carpark, so be careful when you enter/exit!
