Ross has recently fitted a new gas log effect stove complete with a balanced flue and I cannot be more happy with his high standard of work and attention to detail. His customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommended him for all my plumbing requirements.

Always nice to work with an honest and trustworthy tradesperson, especially when the boiler is broken and you've got no hot water or heating. Ross recently fitted us a new boiler after having problems with our previous boiler. He came out quick, gave a very clear and detailed explanation on why we were having problems and suggested what options were available. Ross is so brilliant that even when we moved from Nottingham to Derby we asked only him to service our boiler. He is honest and friendly and goes above and beyond when he does any work for us. We cannot praise Ross highly enough! He came round to quote us for the removal of the old boiler in the loft and a new one to be fitted and re-routed to a new location. Ross recently replaced our old boiler, relocated a new one in the loft and fitted a new radiator. We're really pleased with Ross' work - he clearly wants to do the best job he can and this was shown in his tidiness, options provided and attention to detail. He stayed late on a Friday evening to wait for gas supply engineers after we had a problem with the pressure. Even the engineers commented on what a good job he had done. Ross was super organised and kept us up-to-date at all stages without us having to chase.
