We were let down by two Google searched plumbing companies before Besi came to our rescue! He was the only one who answered his phone and arrived on time. He had to order a part but kept us updated as to when it was arriving and then was at our house the morning it arrived and replaced the broken fan on our boiler within minutes. Only wish we would have called B Flame in the first instance but we will certainly do so next time!

He communicated up front what the costs would be if the repair was successful, repaired the problem successfully, and gave me instruction on what to do in case of any further issues - exactly the type of professionalism and care that one wants in an emergency. We had an ongoing issue where our dishwasher and washing machine were filling with waste water after using them. After being let down with a couple of other plumbers we called B Flame after reading their reviews. Besi was at our house an hour later to quote then carried out the work along with Tony the next morning. I am amazed by the quality of our water pressure cylinder ! The plumber, Besi and his older brother did a fantastic job! Everything was perfect: the efficiency, the quality of their labour and even their attitudes towards us. Well, we had a disastrous weekend and discovered a leaking pipe that had completely soaked our carpet. We called BFlame on a Saturday evening and Besi came out after about an hour to fix the problem. He worked for about 90 minutes for what was a reasonable fee. The leak, however, wasn't fixed quite fully so we had to call Besi out again on a Sunday morning. He came for another hour and fixed the issue completely. Everything is nice and dry now! Good workmanship, good attitude, and polite service. Definitely recommended.

Really excellent. Our hot water and heating broke down on Good Friday, and B Flame were incredibly helpful. They were with me in 2 hours, and I was expecting them to come back the following week with a part to fix it, but instead the went off and bought a part, and fitted it, all on the same day. Very thorough, very friendly, very helpful. Will definitely be using them again.

Very impressed- called over bank holiday as an emergency following water coming through ceiling, within an hour they had arrived and assessed the issue, given us a quote for repair and booked into fix the issue. The boiler was replaced and I was given a far better model than was in the house and more hygienic and efficient - they kept me informed the whole time about what they were doing and how long it was taking. B Flame replaced my boiler and I cannot recommend them enough! Besi & co did a great job and took the time to explain what was needed. They take pride in their work and care about the customer and service they provide. A minor leak was found a couple of days later and were very responsive and turned up to fix it even though they were on their way to the airport for their holiday. Above and beyond! I can recommend them wholeheartedly and will be continuing with them for all plumbing needs.

They worked really hard to put in our bathroom while we were on holiday, staying late and making sure all decisions were checked with us throughout. The finished product was excellent. An immediate temporary solution was provided and they returned the following day with the replacement part needed, installed it and waited until everything was working properly. Carried out the repair, and even went to get parts to finish job, even though it was 6pm when most tradesmen would be knocking off for the day. We were hugely impressed and very grateful for their help. They took my call on a Sunday after I discovered a leak from my Megaflow. Arrived on time within a couple of hours. They temporarily stopped the leak until they could source the part the next day. On Monday they completely the job quickly and they took a video call from me on Monday to walk me through a small issue. Cannot recommend this firm highly enough!

I used B-flame to replace a boiler pump which they did in a Sunday. The boiler stopped working the following Sunday and I called out B-flame again. They came out on the same day. They found an unrelated fault with the boiler. The boiler will need to be replaced but they did a temporary solution and didn't charge AT ALL for the callout(on a Sunday) or the work. I'm very happy and quite grateful that they did this for us.

Very responsive, we were let down by our usual plumber and they were able to come within few days. Reasonably priced. We'll definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Needed an emergency plumber as had just moved house, new fridge freezer was coming in 3 hours and connector pipe needed fitting from a mains water source (local plumber cancelled on us, great first impressions!) These guys answered the phones at 7.30am, were at my house by ~ 9.30am and job done by 11! Quality work and great customer service/responsiveness. Now won’t have to look anywhere again.

I was left in tears after a cowboy builder left my new home upside down (eg: boiler not correctly installed, water, waste, gas, extraction fan connections for new kitchen done, etc. Flame's brothers approached me via facebook after they read a couple of post I put up in Oxford community. They offered to do the plumbing work required for a very reasonable price. Also, i needed the work done asap as I had to move to live to the house and they worked late evenings and weekends to meet my timelimes. They are professional, reliable, they always respond very quickly to queries etc, they go above and beyond to help people (they are good people), the work is high quality and most important they have reasonable prices. In addition, tFlame's brothers also helped me finding a builder to completed the rest of the work in the house. The builder rates were reasonable and the work was just excellent.
