L.You never really consider your boiler until it goes wrong and then you suddenly realise how essential it is. My boiler started making a grinding noise and leaking a fair amount of water. I called Hazell and Edwards who, to my great relief and gratitude turned up the following day.
The problem was swiftly diagnosed and I was given an estimated time that they would take to repair it, the job was completed in a timely fashion and left in an extremely tidy state. I really appreciate their professionalism, knowledge and customer service and could not recommend them highly enough.

Bilal serviced our back boiler and I couldn't praise him enough for the fantastic job that he did. He was punctual, highly professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. Quality of work was definitely the priority, while taking care to keep everything neat and tidy. Bilal was also patient and more than happy to explain things and answer my many questions as he went along. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He will go above and beyond to ensure the work is carried out to the highest standard, and is a thoroughly lovely chap to boot!

A. S.Contracted Hazell and Edwards to install a bathroom in an outbuilding. Bil did a good job, and we discussed the various options and in the end was pretty pleased with the result! Job took slightly longer than expected, due to unforseen circumstances around the tiler. otherwise am satisfied with the job, and also with Bil's genial and professional manner
