G.Jordan was very quick to respond to my telephone call. Jordan came out first to identify possible problem with flow from shower to macerator unit. Jordan sent me an estimate for the work (I really appreciated this) and I accepted with Jordan returning to complete the work a week later. Jordan was quick to identify the issue and the problem was resolved. I had previously had a macerator expert from a macerator company look at it who said it was impossible to work with and charged me £120 for the call out. I was really happy with Jordan' work and will be recommending him to others.
