I rang Mark for the very first time because I was having difficulty finding a suitable plumber to repair two leaking toilet cisterns. He agreed to come out the following day and arrived at exactly the time he said he would. He examined the problem, patiently explained what work was necessary and then efficiently carried out the repairs. He was friendly and courteous throughout, his work was excellent and he left the bathrooms in a spotless condition. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mark and I now have his number on speed dial if I ever need his services again!

Mark completed some work for me recently, including removing old bathroom flooring, before laying plywood and then new vinyl, replacing shower screen etc. He was able to visit very soon after I phoned him to quote for the job and we arranged mutually convenient time for him to actually carry out the work within less than a fortnight. He provided good advice and suggestions and answered few queries I had before he started the work. He was prompt, polite, and friendly. I am really pleased with the finished result and would definitely use Mark again and recommend him to others.

Mark is a rare breed, a tradesman who turns up on time and with the supplies. He has a can do attitude, he fixed my tap issue even though it was in a really tricky position, to my surprise he helped me realign my unit doors which was a real bonus! I can’t recommend Mark enough.

I wanted an insinkorator for a long time now 😍 Mark was on time and very good quality of install and service with a soul! The plumbing under the sink looks a lot more elegant than I thought it would. All around happy. Had a under sink valve replaced few weeks after insinkorator. Again superb work, talked me out of getting hygiene shower due to type of flooring (not a lot of ppl would talk you out of getting things done) it was 100% good call. He also suggested a solution that cost me £10 and achieved desired outcome without having to amend plumbing. Really good guy.

Mark saved the day when my toilet developed a catastrophic leak between the cistern and the w.c.bowl putting it out of action and flooding the bathroom. (Just when I had family visiting for a few weeks.) I phoned Mark in the morning and the work was completed by lunchtime. He knew exactly what was required; brought the new parts with him, and carried out the work in an extremely efficient manner. A friendly chap too - I can't recommend him highly enough.

I called Mark late on Thursday and within 5 minutes he called me back. Excellent response time. I explained the issue I had with my leaking sink trap and sent him a video. We arranged an appointment for the next day.. Unheard of generally with other local tradesmen. On inspection of said leak, he discovered, (which I had already suspected) I poor and unprofessional previous installation. One pipe was too high another placed incorrectly. Frankly a mess. Mark got the complete job done in under 2 hours and tidy up after. The whole pipe system now has a neat and properly placed aspect and of course no longer leaks. I would highly recommend Mark, he was punctual, friendly and very helpful. He did a fantastic job.

Mark was fantastic called him today, withon a couple hours he turned up. He immediately got right to work, he was polite and really knew what he was on about, had a few trade tricks he's clearly learnt over the years of experience of blockages and immediately solved and went to making sure was all clean offered to also fit my new toilet seat, to save us the trouble and over all just a relaly nice, well mannered man and reasonable price too, totally put me at ease and reassured I wasn't being fobbed off or mugged for more then it should of been.
