Alex is fantastic. Excellent booking service, quick responses and very professional. Arrived on time, the use of the text service to notify when he was near and when the quote was available added to how smooth the process is. Alex assessed the job and was transparent every step of the way (despite the job being more complex/invasive than we had hoped). We had a repair to a dripping tap in our kitchen. This was sorted in professional manner. However this repair caused another snag of a Wobbly Tap. This was quickly sorted for FREE a couple of days latter. With the original chap who sorted out our dripping tap . Top quality service, top quality chaps. We were fully prepared to pay. This was an unexpected FREE service. A definite rarity these days. Superb service and attention to detail. Got quote fast and was kept upto date and informed when plumber was near. Job was done in under an hour have working tap in kitchen and water back on in the hole house. I am delighted with my new-look shower room! A new shower cubicle has been installed, together with new wall panels; the floor has been replaced, the walls repainted and a new ceiling light and illuminated mirror fitted. Asked The Plumbing Doctor to quote for a new boiler because we were under the impression that our current one wasn't powerful enough to heat our home. Upon arriving Scott immediately said that our boiler was fine and the problem must be elsewhere. It took a couple of iterations to find the root cause but the problem was fixed for much less than the cost of a new boiler. We got quotes from other companies who were insistent that we would need a new boiler, and would have had us spending more than double. Service was quick, friendly, house was left clean. Can't fault them and will definitely use again.
