P. J.how does a plumber come to the rescue without being there ? Zaf, has been my plumber for years but today his diligent and professional workmanship and advice really paid off for me. he always explains what he is doing and why but this not about his excellent handiwork. this is about his personality and customer care. he advised me to have a combi mate fitted not only as a water softener but as an emergency stopcock. a flexible hose burst in my bathroom today and the ability to shut my water off so quickly was essential to having minimal damage, on top of that him explaining his work enabled me , who hates plumbing in a big way. to also deal with the fiddly way to disconnect the flexible connection but also put a replacement on in the correct way. he may not have earned a call out today but has my gratitude and more respect for leaving me with the knowledge and ability to fix it myself. no fee for today but a bigger tip when the boiler is serviced soon. S. R.The engineer responded quickly to my call to fix a leak and made a professional repair. In the past I've had other plubmbers rush to get in and out but Zaf made sure everything was done properly and took time to explain what was being done as well as making sure I was satisfied everything was left working correctly. Will use again if needed.

After replacing the rad, he took his time to further diagnose the issue with my retuen pipes. i will recommend to all for excellent customer service.
