TS Gas recently replaced our old boiler and did a fantastic job. They removed an old back boiler and installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler in our garage and their work was first rate. They were the best of the four quotes we had and were really helpful from start to finish, even though we chopped and changed what we wanted a bit. The installation engineers were really friendly and were in and out in 3 days. I would definitely recommend TS Gas.

TS Gas was very professional and organised from the word go. We had the old warm air boiler and putting new boiler came with all its plumbing requirements all over the house. The first visit itself was done thoroughly with all the particulars of the work involved was understood. The size of the radiators required were noted down. Therefore they were able to give the total cost rather than the quote. Their quote was reasonable and matched the current going rate. Any queries were dealt with quickly and they arrived on the date agreed. The task force is skilled, professional and they had their instructions already given to them. They checked with us on the listing of the work to be done and got going. Any concerns were again dealt with professionally. The team cares about their work and name and it shows. They always arrived on time and would leave the house in the evening with all tidied up and clean. The team was very appreciative of their owners and their positive and polite approach really gave a very positive experience in dealing with them. They owned up to a small issue on my internet cable and they fixed it. I can 100% recommend them.! Honestly they are so good! Don’t look for anyone else, they are the right people to go to for your any boiler needs.

Annual boiler service by Tom who was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and who provided a friendly and efficient service on the day. We will use TS Gas again next year. Update June 2022: we have used Tom and Ashley from TS Gas for the second time to replace our boiler. Our experience has been second to none again and we have hot water again. Tom is very quick to respond and provided us a quote using photographs and a few questions over email which was brilliant. We will use Tom and the team again for future servicing and some other plumbing jobs we have planned. Now that we have found TS Gas we wouldn’t use anybody else.

We had a major issue with our central heating that couldn't be fixed by our regular engineers who did not have the necessary equipment. The folks at TS Gas were able to quickly sort out the problem and our heating is now working perfectly. The two engineers who needed to spend an entire day solving the issue did so efficiently and politely. Long story short: TSGas cares as if they are the owner and delivers work as if it is their home having the installation!! I truly appreciate the entire team you are fantastic. Long version: We have replaced our boiler a few years back. We've done the homework and proceeded on getting quotes from potential installers. It was at this stage we realised TSGas is different. They care, they have the knowledge and they want you to be happy. We have received extensive advice based on the team's knowledge and received a detailed plan of all the work to be carried out . We've received a very competitive price all items to enable our decision and make it easier on us [they didn't know we've made our minds at this stage]. At this point in time we didn't need to make a decision anymore. TSG won by default as they had as much interest as we did to get the job done right the first time, according to our priorities, and as efficiently as possible on their side. The team has executed the work flawlessly, cleanly and with close to no disruption on our side. Before the project was completed, they evaluated our entire heating system and recommended upgrades and improvements and took the time to teach us best practices to maintain not only our new boiler but also the heating units. They took the time to explain why we should make certain moves to enable future work. We have had 3 service visits since, and a small incident the team is always responding with speed, clarity and always fixes the problem. All engineers that have visited our home have been very polite, courteous, on time and always resolved the problem. As a customer, you often feel these days, that you are taking a gamble with any project inside your house. Please allow our experience to sync in and realise that there is no gamble with Tom and his team. They represent an inspiring business that gets it done right the first time with a level of service and quality that is extremely rare these days. They care! Thank YOU TSGas!!

Had a fairly major disaster when refitting my kitchen , the worktop collapsed and took the gas hob with it, leaving the gas supply pipe badly damaged and possibly dangerous ! I have used TS gas over the years and always found them to be highly reliable, competent and realisticly priced .In a flat panic I phoned Tom , explained the situation , and was delighted to find he was able to arrange an emergency call out within an hour! Have used TS Gas for a few years. Tom and his team always do an excellent job - tidy and professional. Yesterday's job involved changing the central heating controls. All others could only offer systems that relied on wifi - nest etc. Maybe we are a bit old fashioned but we definitely have unreliable wifi so wanted a system that does not use wifi. Others had tried hard to find a workable solution but only Tom found one, it is now installed and working as expected. Will definitely use TS Gas again

We have been using TS Gas for the past 5 years and all of our dealings have been superb. 2 years ago we had a new oil boiler installed outside following a recommendation from Tom at TS Gas to make space in the new kitchen. We cannot be happier with the result of the recommendation and has saved us in oil consumption and the efficiency of this combi boiler with instant hot water is a revelation. Update December 2021: A couple of years after our boiler was installed the Google Nest heat link failed leaving us without heating or hot water during the recent cold spell. TS Gas responded promptly and installed a temporary link to provide heating and hot water until the heat link could be replaced. Google did a great job providing a replacement which I partially installed. TS Gas quietly and efficiently finished the job and submitted a reasonable bill. This reinforces my positive review from a couple of years ago. Original review: Fantastic service from start to finish, excellent workmanship and good value too. T S Gas fitted a new oil fired boiler to replace an old one which seemed to require a repair every other month. Tom couldn't have been more helpful about coming out to prepare an estimate, explaining in detail the work required and then turning up precisely when arranged on each occasion. Overall we considered the new boiler and installation to be excellent value. The quality of the work was very high and we are delighted with the installation. We would definitely use TS Gas again and will recommend to our friends. Finally, I'd like to say that after dealing with someone who we found to be completely reliable, we simply don't recognise the behaviours described in the one star review posted on google reviews.

Tom was helpful with advice and prompt replies to our questions about what was possible within a tight bathroom space. He helped us use the opportunity to make some adjustments which have made the room look and feel bigger. Although this was a longer job, disruption was kept to a minimum and work areas were as tidy as possible at the end of each day - this was much appreciated as we were working from home. All of the team were professional, friendly and helpful, the work has been done to a very high standard and we now have a bathroom that looks beautiful and fits all our requirements. Nick doing the tiling did a great job (on the hottest days of the year no less), and was helpful and flexible in discussing options for an extra shelf and bath panelling. We’ve also had a boiler repair and radiator repair in the past from TS Gas and I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his team for any type of job, we would certainly use them again.

New Combi boiler fitted in old house with low water pressure. I felt like I could completely trust this company from the moment I met Tom. He took time to listen to our views when making a quote and made suggestions without feeling any pressure to go ahead. The work took three days to complete and I was really impressed with the professionalism and overall work completed. Each day the work space was cleaned and impact was kept to a minimum which with a young family was very helpful. The engineers arrived at 8am on Saturday to replace my broken boiler. The two lads who arrived were very polite and friendly. They worked their socks off! The boiler change become more complicated than expected and new pipework was also required. This didnt phase them they just got on with what was needed. They worked very hard, from 8am till 7.30pm... not really stopping for any breaks.. much as I tried. They kept me updated on the progress throughout andthey explained they wanted to make sure the boiler was providing me with hot water before they left as I had been without it for over a week. Just had our old boiler replaced. Tom and his team (Marvin and Kingsley) were great, efficient and very clean. I was kept informed at all times of what was happening so that meant no surprises or hidden costs. All the old tanks and boiler were properly disposed of and we also replaced 2 heating elements. Tom quoted for a new boiler and returned 8 months later when my existing one finally packed in! They fitted me in urgently and were in and out within 2 days, with no noise disruption and no mess left afterwards! I had a long standing issue with leaking under-floor central heating pipes as the cement had started eating into the copper pipes. I wanted to decomission the system and run new pipework behind skirtings for the entire downstairs. Tom came up with an excellent plan on how to do that and how to properly hide the new pipework without having to dig into walls.
