H.Brennan&Son were very professional
And responded very quickly . They fixed our faulty shower taps and removed and unused toilet .the work was done to a high standard and we were very satisfied with the work done . We will definately use them again for our plumbing and heating needs .
R. V.I am a BTL landlord with a number of properties in the Southampton area. I was with British Gas on a monthly contract and when there was a fault they told me to find a local company and they would pay the bill.
It defeats the object of having a account if you still have to do the chasing around to sort the problem.
I used Brennan & Sons on a couple of occasions and they were great reliable on time and the tenants were very pleased with the service.
I ask them if they would cover my properties and the fact it would be the tenant that would be calling them out not me. This was not a problem so I supplied them with the contact details and asked them to sort out safety certificates and service the boilers.
I just can't tell you how pleased I am with the service they provide.
YES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

N. C.What a professional company by far the best Southampton has to offer. I called as I had a leak in the flat and from start to finish they were amazing.
Sarah took the call and prioritised me and assured me she would get an engineer out that day which they did. The leak was identified and fixed. I was expecting a big bill but no they were very reasonable and honestly I don’t think I will use anyone else.
Thank you so much for being a great team that are professional, arrive on time and charge a sensible amount.

H.We moved into our current property a few months ago and have been through no fewer than 7 other companies before Brennan & Son, including home visits, where plumbers subsequently would not pick up the phone or return to complete work which had been quoted.
Once a date had been confirmed by Brennan & Son they came when expected, and with the quote being reasonable they came back within half an hour to carry out the work. Justin was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable and we now have a new thermostat controller for the boiler. We will not be looking at any other plumbing company in the future except Brennan & Son.
D. C.The young man who came out was very professional, explained everything in detail and carried out the work in an efficient manner and tidied up after himself! That more could you want. Problem was dripping radiator in bathroom which required the system to be drained.

This they scheduled in and replaced the boiler in a time frame to suit us. Excellent job by excellent fitters. Well pleased.

I. M.I had a High pressure issue on the Boiler last week which I just could not resolve even though i attempted to bleed all the radiators! The pressure was ay 3.5 bar and i was in a panic!
Justin made it to me on the same day I called and was very quick to reassure me that all would be okay, that nothing would explode, quickly diagnosed the issue and that it was safe to turn the the boiler back on and have heating until the part that needed replacing arrived a couple of days later.
Everything is fine now and I am feeling very relieved!

A. T.I spoke with Sarah who was very helpful after our boiler decided to stop working. After it was deemed to be replaced, she did everything she could to try and get it done as soon as possible and despite a small wait which was out of her control, we now have a new boiler which is very modern and much more effective. Phil the plumber was very polite and kept disturbance to a minimum. Would happily use their service again!

n. b.Professional, helpful, honest and family run. They take their job seriously and bend over backwards at every turn to ensure that the price is fair and are very competitive in the local area. I have had plumbing work done and work on my boiler done, both sets of engineers manged my expectations and were transparent with their plan of action.
I allowed them into my home, after booking the job with the helpful ladies in the office, and the engineers arrived, smartly dressed and were thoughtful enough to put down carpet protector. they talked me through every stage and i even gave them a key to return to complete the job in my absence.
I highly recommend them to all who ask.

D. D.My experience of Brennan and Sons for both servicing and repairs on my old boiler and central heating has been excellent. They have never tried to up sell goods and services, they have patiently explained all the options whenever I've asked and they've always been friendly and courteous.
As a recent example: our hot water (gravity system) stop working. Justin quickly identified the problem and Lee came round and fixed it. Afterwards our upstairs radiators weren't heating up (air blocks after the system had been drained - as I said, it's very old). Brennan and Sons engineers visited 3 times over two days until they were happy that every radiator was working properly (no extra charge).
J. A.Can't fault them, bloke who visited twice for two separate issues was great and came across very courteous. Also seems like a bit of a laugh. Spoke to a lady on the phone today, simply just for advice and ended up speaking to her for about 20 minutes. Very informative and went out of her way to help me over the phone, something a lot of people wouldn't have done. Would definitely recommend.
