Tony’s knowledge and understanding of his products is second to none, combined with the 3D design service to transform your *Wifes* ideas to a reality.
Tony was understanding and took on board our initial design and tweaked it in combination with the sanitary ware and showers he knew would work for our requirements in a wet room & the space we had.
I would whole heartedly recommend both Tony & Tom to any prospective client looking for the full package.

K. M.Amazing customer service. After searching online for an eternity found what I thought was the part I needed at a much cheaper price here than elsewhere. Ordered, collected and found it wasn’t correct after all. Was issued a no quibble refund and this is where the outstanding customer services went above and beyond. Jim helped search for the exact part I needed which didn’t seem to be sold anywhere, he suggested another brand that might do the job. Paul was in and said he would check his supplies and managed to source the part for me. Jim rang me to let me know they had sourced it. You have no idea how grateful I am, you really don’t. It’s not often you find such wonderful people so Thankyou again. I will most defiantly return to you for any future purchases!
