A. L.Cannot recommend James and his staff enough. I have recently replaced 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom in my home. In one room I mistakenly ordered the wrong toilet (poor planning on my part) which James helped to resolve and replaced with the one I should have purchased. In the most recent bathroom, I required an odd shaped shower and enclosure which seemed hard to come by. Not for James. When there was a manufacturing fault with the Tray a replacement was very quickly sourced.
In all instances Universal Plumbing have been professional, provided a quality personal service, all products have been of good quality and James has been a fountain of knowledge when i needed his advice.

S.I needed some replacement ceramic cartridges for my kitchen mixer tap, and couldn't find anything of a similar size in all the usual places, but the knowledgeable chap at Universal was able to work out all the different aspects, spine size etc.. Not only that he had them in stock at a very reasonable price. It's a shame that I didn't go there first, would have saved lots of time!

P. W.I moved house in February and had a lot of building alteration work carried out including a new bathroom. I purchased the bathroom suite from UPS and it was installed in February/March but the folding shower screen decided to fall apart recently and I reported it to UPS. James was on the case immediately and he arranged for a new screen to be delivered within a couple of days. My plumber advised me that he had been dealing with UPS and using Eastbrook products for a long time and this was his first experience of any kind of problem with any of their products. I cannot speak highly enough of UPS for their professionalism in dealing with a complaint and getting the problem sorted. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone in need of plumbing supplies and professional advice.

A. C.These guys are amazing! I had a new boiler fitted by British Gas and they left me with no shower as my current one did not work with a combination boiler. I had phoned around trying to get a new Aqualisa processor and other than buying it direct and being without a shower for 4 to 5 days I ran out of ideas. I then rang Universal plumbing and they could not have been more helpfu or knowledgeable. They made a suggestion and were able to source me the part I needed there and then and even talked me through fitting it myself.. This meant I was able to go home.3 that night after work fit the part and had a fully working shower, end result, happy wife, happy life. I can not recommend these guys enough, fantastic service.
