T. H.Called Steve the plumber this morning at 7am because my tap broke and the water wouldn't switch off and I couldn't get the water off because my stop tap snapped too so double trouble. He was with me by 9am with my new tap in hand that I ordered from Screwfix. What should of been a simple job turned into a nightmare for him but he persevered without hesitation and was with me for 4 hours (even had to go and swap the faulty tap from Screwfix!!) New stop tap and set of kitchen taps installed, did a great job and very clean, polite and courteous, would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Thanks Jo-Anne
N. J. B.After damaging a water pipe during decorating at 8:30pm on a Saturday night Steve answered the call and agreed to be with us within the hour. Nine minutes after texting Steve the details he replied to say he would be with us within thirty minutes. As stated Steve arrived to carry out the repair. A very pleasant chap who sorted the problem straight away and provided the answers to the numerous questions I had. It's great to meet an honest contractor and we'll definitely use him for both emergency and non emergency work. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a plumbing service.
D. P.I rang Emergency Plumber and spoke to Steve on behalf of one my customers who had a leak in their central heating pipes. Steve was there within 30 minutes and fixed the problem in another 60 minutes. It was great service and a great price. I would recommend to anyone.
