Jon and Alex were recommended by a friend of a friend. We needed a new central heating boiler and also had a problem with the toilet flushing. They came out when they said to give a quote, then came at a convenient time to carry out the work. Took a whole day, they worked extremely hard, obviously are very competent and kept us informed as to what they were doing. Cleared up any mess. Advice given on type of boiler to buy and length of guarantee to go for. Pleasant to have in the house. Couldn’t fault them. Neighbour with dementia had an emergency with her central heating, Jon talked me through what to do to via video to re pressure the system. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our gas boiler decided to stop working on Xmas Eve so we tried frantically ringing around to try and find a gas Engineer who was available. Jon was the only one in the whole of Stoke-on-Trent who made the time to come out. He had a look and said something was blowing the internal fuses. He told us to order some and he would pop back a couple of days after Xmas to diagnose the fault. Jon popped back after Xmas and repaired the boiler. He is a life saver! He is now definitely added to our contacts as the first one to call for any future problems!
