Contacted Enflame after researching recommendations online to have someone service our boiler, and Enflame did not disappoint. After submitting an enquiry online I was promptly contacted to arrange a suitable date and kept informed by both email and text, the engineer Rosli was polite, punctual and helpful, doing a great job keeping things clean and tidy, would definitely recommend.

First time using enflame following the retirement of my previous gasman. Rosli came highly recommended by a trusted friend and I can now add my recommendation to the growing list First contact Sunday evening via text following boiler breakdown. Rosli asked me to ring first thing Monday morning (8.30am) which I duly did. Due to a cancellation rosli could fit me in as soon as 11am Turned up a few minutes early . He explained what he was going to do and very quickly determined the problem and got the boiler working again but discussed putting a new part in place whilst onsite to remove possibility of another failure. I was put under no pressure to accept the new part but decided with such a competitive price to go ahead and have a failing motor replaced Following completion of the job rosli discussed my options going forward regarding servicing as boiler hadn't been serviced for some time. He even suggested some setup improvements he could do in the future to maximise the lifespan of the boiler He then recommended a few system improvements . Very informative and professional approach to the repair I will now use Enflame going forward for all my future gas work happy in the knowledge I can trust the quality of workmanship and punctuality of the company Thank you Enflame and rosli

I can’t rate Rosli and his Enflame company highly enough: we’ve used Enflame since having a new baxi boiler fitted about 6-7 years ago and they’ve always delivered a top quality service. On top of the regular servicing, there’s also the local commitment and professionalism: after finding one of our large downstairs radiators had some rusted connected pipe work and was leaking, Rosli and his team managed to come out the same day we had called (fitting us into an already busy daily schedule!) - and proceeded to iron out all the kinks with resounding success! We now have a warm living room; they delivered a super service at an affordable price; and we’re more than happy to sing their praises! I have my boiler service plan with Enflame and they also installed 2 towel radiators in my bathrooms. Every engagement I have had has been excellent. Their customer service is second to none and the quality of the work has always been outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for plumbing or heating services.
