S. M.I started to install a garden tap in my utility room. Before I started, I accidentally loosened an isolation valve which then leaked. I called John and he was here in under 30 minutes. Not only did he fix the leak but he installed the garden tap on a T from the washer in under an hour and a half. Brilliant work. It was a pleasure to watch a real craftsman.
