I've used these guys since before their current company name. They're the cheapest and the best. I was already impressed when the admin lady told me they'd have the plumber call me when he'd finished his current job, I always find it more professional than someone who spends a lot of time on their phone lining up future customers! They sent a Greek guy called Elis this time. Due to my mental health, I have a house full of hoarding, but Elis didn't judge me at all (unlike a plumber from a different company who came to give me a quote), in fact, he gave me lots of wise advice. He's the type of person who takes a genuine interest in others and likes to have a friendly conversation that ensures you have a better day. All this while doing a perfect job, my new tap looks amazing and works fantastically well! He even made sure that I was happy with the way he did everything. Will definitely be using them again.

I had a problem with the boiler and wanted a local firm that I could use as it's good to have a company you can trust. They were responsive getting back and I was put in touch with Andy. I am engineer myself albeit within a different trade(s). Andy is a great engineer and went above and beyond in the repair in carrying out some maintenance items. Had a wonderful experience with Home Comfort Assured. Engineer was sent out quickly and was very polite helpful and friendly. I had requested all my radiators to be upgraded in the house and they where in and out in a day no problem at all. Top notch service 👍 wouldn't recomend anyone else.

Amazing service! I had an issue with my Viessmann boiler. I gave the engineer the fault code and he was able to diagnose the fault over the phone. He arrived around an hour later with the new part - he had this in stock- and the boiler was fixed within twenty minutes of him arriving.

Called Andrew after calling another well rated plumber (which trader and viessmann installer) after our viessmann boiler broke down. The plumber came for 15min and said I had to replace my expansion tank at costly price first and then see how it goes. Got Andrews details by chance from a friend of mine. Andrew is an ex viessmann engineer and as such holds parts for most the range and is he does not have the part he orders it direct without all the stupid marked up prices. Andrew came and really knew his stuff, firstly the diagnoses of the first plumber was incorrect and Andrew pointed out extactly what was wrong and resolved the issue within the 1hr at a very reasonable price Inc parts for a Sunday evening. Andrew your are a legend and thank your for sorting my boiler issue so quickly.

After all the horrors you hear about regarding rogue tradesmen it makes you nervous to call a plumber. Well you need not worry about this company they were wonderful from the lady (Annette) answering the phone to Karl the engineer who attended my leak. Will definitely use again and recommend .
