We were put in touch with Johnathon via British Gas / local Hero’s after enquiring about a replacement replacement Combi Boiler. From initial quotation right through to completion of the works he provided an excellent level of communication and service. He was polite, prompt, extremely helpful , hard working, neat & tidy and worked to a very high standard. Update 28/4/22: Had an absolute nightmare when my shower head broke and I couldn't find a replacement part anywhere, but he managed to find a part and have it installed inside a week. Good price, excellent communication, can't recommend him highly enough!

I very highly recommend Heat Worcester Ltd. Johnathon is very professional, very punctual, hard working and very good at his job. Fitted a stylish designer radiator for us today, replacing old radiator. All holes filled. Looks great. Also fitted 2 bath taps, 2 sink taps and fixed a leaking waste pipe all in a day. All rubbish removed and rooms vacuumed. From quote to completion a really great experience.
