We needed to have our heating system chemically flushed through. Luke was easy to get in touch with and was able to get to us within a couple of days. He's been out to us several times now and always does a very professional and thorough job and this time was no exception. I would not hesitate to recommend him, he is reliable and trustworthy.

We have used Luke on three occasions and he has exceeded our expectations every time. He has replaced all the radiators in our house, done a complete refit of the central heating and fixed the plumbing on a badly installed en-suite. For each job, he has been polite and his knowledge is second to none. He will explain issues thoroughly and offer multiple solutions if possible. I often have many concerns and questions whilst a job is in progress. He has never failed to put my mind at ease. I don't see myself using any one else in the future.

Luke and his team helped us with replacing two faulty toilets. He's also given us lots of helpful advice about possible leak investigation. The job was done to an excellent standard and all of the guys were efficient, very clean and respectful of Covid. Also Luke is responsive even in these busy times which can be hard to find.
