G. M.James replaced my old faulty boiler with a brand new one. He was extremely helpful and friendly and managed to order and replace it at a very short notice. He was honest, reliable, professional and kept me well informed. He replaced the boiler within a few hours keeping disruption to an absolute minimum. He was very clean. James took the time to explain how the new heating control system works and which documents are important to keep. He also ensured the boiler and the control system are compliant with the building regulations. He provides excellent value for money and I will definitely get my boiler serviced by him next year.
