My big toe nail was half attached and causing me so much pain. Rang up & was seen that day. Amazing service, put me at ease, really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!!!

Arrived for my appointment. Was welcomed in and the first question I was asked was... how was I paying, cash or card! I was then asked to pay upfront before being seen. I wasnt even asked for my name. This appointment was finally made, after phoning on two previous occasions to be told I would be called back and never was! Based on the above, I would have given 1*, but due to actual chiropodist herself being amazing, I've given 4*. The gent before me paid on his way out, which made me wonder why I was treated differently. It came to light as I was leaving that I was asked for my payment upfront so the receptionist could cash up, as she obviously wanted to finish for the day as she had her coat and bag ready to go home before I'd left. Maybe it would be better to not make appointments so close to closing time, so better patient/customer care can be given.
