Karen Is a really sweet woman, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. She does an amazing job. My nails are looking much much better just after 2 session thanks to Karen. 100% recommend her!

I originally booked an appointment through Group-On back in 2019 and was seen by Karen. I booked another appointment and saw Karen again last week. I really cannot recommend 21st Century enough. The whole service and experience is lovely, friendly and still professional.

This clinic was amazing! I've been to 3 other podiatrists and 2 other laser clinics and finally chose this one for full treatment. I needed specialist advice because my nails were damaged years ago and since then they became infected too. Karen was so patient and didn't mind answering ALL my questions (and I had a LOT) and every time I saw her, she was gentle and took time to really work with my nails. She even asked me if I could stay longer than the session was booked to really be thorough and I have never had anyone, anywhere, do that! If you have an issue with your nails, this is the place to come. I have also got one other problem with one of my feet and following Karen's recommendation I am now seeing someone who is helping with this too. I thought it might help to say that I originally used Groupon to see what the clinic was like (after my other experiences). And not only would I say that this is maybe the best service I have received from any medical or health provider, but definitely the best from a Groupon experience. I really can't say enough about how helpful, patient and attentive Karen is. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing service from Karen. Suffered with a cluster of verrucas on my foot for a long period of time which were very painful and I struggled to walk. After one treatment of the swift microwave therapy I was pretty much pain free a few days later!! My foot is continuing to improve dramatically. Karen was so helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had. I felt very comfortable during my treatments. I would 100% recommend going to Karen!!!

Absolutely superb service from Karen and I couldn’t recommend her and 21st Century Podiatry more! Karen was great to chat to and knew exactly what she was doing and explained every step of the process. The room was also spotless which was very reassuring! The refreshing thing as well was that she wasn’t pushy about any products or services afterwards and simply recommended what she felt was the best way forward and allowed you to make the decision. Truly superb treatment. I never leave reviews but having struggled with fungal nail issues previously and having improper expensive treatment previously I have felt compelled to. Karen is incredibly knowledgable and will go the extra mile to get your feet / nails back on track. I’ve seen many podiatrists previously (including a Harley Street one that informed me the only option is surgery) and Karen’s knowledge, kind and friendly nature has been refreshing and the only treatment that has worked for me. Rectifying fungal nail is not just about getting lasers but about the foot care routine you carry out and Karen makes it all easy. To confirm i’m getting better without surgery. I’m surprised i’m the first review but hope if you use her treatment you will review also to get her great service out there even more to those that need it.
