My experience was incredible from start to finish! After seeing that the wait list for the NHS was quite long I decided to go private with Jody. She was friendly, polite, easy to get along with and put me at ease at every point of my nail surgery. Jody was extremely professional and maintained incredibly high standards of cleanliness. I honestly could not recommend her enough if you need a procedure done!

Turned up to Jody with pains in both of my Achilles this was also causing my calves to cramp and i had this for about 8 months, after an in-depth examination you could see how Jody really wanted to help me, she found out my problem then prescribed me with the right insoles for my shoes I was back out running doing what I love. Very welcoming and friendly environment eased any embarrassment I had at my first appointment. I booked her following my first knee replacement, when I couldn't reach to see to my foot. Jody took a thorough medical history from me, and checked blood flow in my feet, trimmed my nails, advised on patches of hard skin and left me with soft refreshed feet, following a massage with rich for moisturiser. Altogether a relaxing experience which I have continued to book ever since!!

I have a very ugly condition involving my toe nails, to the point that I am embarrassed. I was made to feel very relaxed the condition was discussed and a helpful treatment suggested. I continued with my pedicure which was fabulous. Once home I started on the cosmetic solution to my disfigured nails and yes 🙌 they did look better, not perfect but at least I could now wear open toed sandals. I went to see Jody due to pain in my shins when running, she gave me a clear diagnosis and an easy to follow stretching routine along with insoles to help take the pressure off of my shins. I noticed a difference straight away and haven’t had any shin pain since. Would definitely go back for any future issues.

I have been using Jody's services for over a year now. During a routine podiatry visit she noticed a large wart on my finger which we talked about. I told her that I'd had it for years and despite several freezing treatments and various over the counter treatments it would not go. Jody e-mailed me a couple of months ago about a new treatment that had come on the market and was keen to see if I would agree to try it. I am more than happy to report that after 5 treatments the wart, which I have had for about 10 years, has finally gone! As well as being a great podiatrist Jody can now claim to be a whizz at wart removal too so thank you Jody. I would happily recommend Jody to anyone who has maybe never visited a podiatrist before as my feet and nails have never been better.

EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL Recently had toenail surgery to remove ingrown toenails. I had previously been to multiple podiatrists in the area but this one was by far the best with great customer service fitting me in very quickly due to having a basketball season coming up. Could not fault my experience, the operation was very professional and I was provided with lots of helpful advice on aftercare. Would highly recommend.

I’m a runner and came to Jody with a ankle injury. She was very professional and put me at ease straight away. She performed tests and diagnosed my condition straight away. After taking her sound advice and wearing the orthotics she made I am now able to start my running again.
