I first met Terry Hallett in 2007 when he fitted me with some excellent custom orthotic insoles. Then in 2010 I was lucky to discover him at the Comfoot Zone. I greatly value his physiotherapist skills and exceptional ability at pinpointing, explaining and treating the cause of aches and pains. That together with his good advice, caring nature and the friendly atmosphere at the clinic are very much appreciated.

I have already been recommending this business after being well taken care of both over the phone and at my appointment. I have been suffering with foot pain for a few years now and yet after wearing my custom orthotics for only a short while I am already feeling an improvement. Despite obviously having the knowledge and experience needed to properly care for their customers they do not charge what some places do, I think you will agree they are very fair and more than worth it.

I have made an appointment with Terry a couple of weeks back due to some pain I have been getting in my ankles/heals. Within minutes I knew Terry was very knowledgeable and that I was in good hands. He spend 1h40minutes with me assessing/fixing a number of things that needed attention. I ended up getting insoles that were molded to my individual foot. I have been wearing it for a couple of weeks now and the pain has decreased significantly. Terry is clearly an expert in this area, highly recommend it.

I suffer with plantar fasciitis and all the insoles NHS did were rubbish and only made the problem worse. Terry made my very own custom-made insoles for my shoes, they are comfortable and finally resolves the issue that I had. Well worth the money to have your insoles professionally done here!

I've now bought several orthotic insoles from Terry at the Comfoot Zone and I can strongly recommend him. As a runner I've seen a few professionals in my time for various things, and had orthotics made before (using different methods). Beyond a shadow of doubt these are the best fitted, comfortable and durable that I've had, hence I am now a repeat customer. On my first visit and consultation Terry was able to predict exactly where I would get pains and for the first time tell me why. And then he resolved the issues that session by moulding me an orthotic - the next morning I set a Personal Best time at Parkrun - first time in years I was more out of breath than suffering leg pains. Personable, experienced and professional - and extremely cost-effective as Terry does not believe in charging high prices - even though it would still be value for money!

Sidas insoles are life changing. I have bad arthritis in my ankle and the NHS were considering pinning it but I discovered Sidas insoles a few years ago and since I had them, I've had no pain at all. It really feels like a miracle! Debbie and Terry and always great and I can't recommend this place enough.

Had a great experience, Mr. Hallett spent a long time with me trying to understand the reasons for my plantar fasciitis and finding a solution, even though it was Friday evening and I showed up at his clinic at ten to six! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. I was recommended to visit Comfoot Zone after suffering 3/4 years of pain in my left heel. I had tried a local podiatrist to no avail. Terry at Comfoot Zone was very knowledgable and informative. He diagnosed the problem after a thorough examination and proceeded to outline the possible treatments. For me, a customised orthotic seemed to to be the way forward. The effect wasn't immediate but after 4/5 weeks of wearing the orthotics I have never felt better! Just wish I had heard of the Comfoot Zone a few years earlier. Can't recommend them highly enough!
