F. N.The pretty new lady, I think her name is Amun who works there at the weekend is very friendly and helpful! Very refreshing to have someone who says hello to you!
A.Great location with outside parking. Likely to get busier now being charged to use Oadby central car parks. Customer service skills leave a bit to be desired. An occasional smile wouldn’t go amiss. And please answer your phone!
A. T.I disagree with some of the negative reviews on here. I have been visiting this post office for a number of years and found the both ladies to be friendly & helpful.
During the pandemic, the post office arm is constantly busy, I can't remember a time where I have visited and there's not been a large queue out the door, you can appreciate the pressure they're under to be as quick & as efficient as possible... Also NONE of my parcels have ever gone missing & these guys are 100% trustworthy
Finally these guys are much politer then the post office in Oadby Parade!
B. J.The women are usually not overly friendly just providing a service without any customer skills BUT!! I want to get in and out fast so it suits me. Atleast they don't charge more on postal prices like the parade post office drones.who in my opinion are lazy and make you pay out the odds because they don't want to check the size of something so they guess.
I dont understand what some of these reviews expect from people working?' A hi at the door ,did you find everything you needed?how has your day been? 'Why would you want this kind of repetitive nonsense said to you? If its not genuine and will last under a few minutes of your time spent within the shop, why do you want this experience.?
J. B.The owner is lovely. Always says hello as I’m a regular but always welcoming. I don’t agree with the negative reviews about this small local independent business . Queues can be a problem and the snotty school kids can be a pain but best to avoid school kid times. Can park right outside too.
