Sofia is one of the most helpful and kindest employees I have seen at a post office in years. Around Christmas Eve I came to the post office to collect a last minute arrival package and to my surprise it was not there. Sofia took my mobile number and said she would call if it arrives. She called me later on that day and waited for me to arrive past the closing time, but just in time for Christmas. 😁 Great customer service!

Sofia always seems to be there running and dealing with everyone. She’s friendly warm and gets things done very quickly. Sofia often has to stay late to take care of customers and did so for me even though she needed to get home. I hope this gets back to her. Beth

The newly employed young lady was very helpful and approachable on friday evening. Athough her machine had broken down she continued to be polite and helped me send off my packages providing me with the best price . The only reason I'm giving the post office 5 stars is due to Sofia. She is so friendly and very helpful. She is a credit to this post office which I find to be understaffed. Sofia has to put up with a lot of frustrated customers as the waiting time with only having one member of staff is really disgusting. Is so frustrating when you wait outside for 45 minutes only to be told its closing. Also queue jumping happens all the time. They really need another member of staff to help out Sofia. Keep up the great work Sofia and never stop smiling.

Despite the very long queues, which is not the fault of the staff as most shops require a queing system now, I have found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Have dealt with Sofia on many occasions and find her customer service skills excellent. A very difficult job especially under current restrictions. Keep up with all your good works Sofia. Timings are unreliable, lady is on lunch from 2-3pm but the service isn't bad like people claim. Queues are incredibly long at lunch time and there's one counter and no self service. Do not use their cash machine outside. It's slow and often broken and there are weird people who hover around.

Sofie usually serves me when I go to top up the Lecky and gas ...always with a smile and polite....I see so many bad reviews but many are unjust...people complaining about Christian music in the background :/ ... How does that effect the service you receive 🤷‍♂️ ..I understand the frustration on having to queue but that's not their fault. Peak times can mean you may have to wait in queue for a bit ...so take a book so you're not bored 😁.... Lastly .....you don't have to queue in the same line for the post office if you want to just go into the chemist !!

Few weeks ago, I had a parcel to send abroad. Like every body else, I was patiently queueing and waiting to be served. Before me was an irate customer who started shouting at the member of staff 'Sofia' for taking so long and having restricted opening hours. It was obvious the member of staff was working alone. I was quite impressed by 'Sofia' for keeping her calm and her patience towards the client. It was obvious she was shaken up when my turn cake but still was helpful and kept her smile while serving me.

I go in here at least once a week and have come to enjoy the service. These ladies work hard and struggle to find time to even take a break, so cut them some slack. I've found them to be quite smiley once you get to know them. People are very quick to judge and give a 1 star review, which is a bit sad really. And everything i've posted from here has (so far) reached its destination safely.
