This is the most efficient and professionally run post office in Hackney. Don’t worry about queues here, they will have it moving so fast that you won’t even notice your at the front so quickly. Friendly and approachable staff to boot .

I am a business user using drop and go. The staff are extremely friendly and none of my packages have gone missing. They are really quick and efficient in processing my packages, even when there are a lot !!! Every time I walk out of this shop I comment to myself how much I love them.

Great service, both cashiers were extremely helpful and patience. Although I live in Dalston, I would take the trip to that post office, just because of how they looked after me today. 10/10

As a small business owner nearby, I have to say the staff here are excellent. Professional, friendly and accommodating every time me or one of my team comes by. Lovely people and I'm glad to give them our business. Bit cramped as it's such a small space, but I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes even when it's packed.

The best post office I've lived near. Usually going to one is a dreaded experience but this one is well run and there is rarely a queue especially outside lunch time.

Waiting in a post office queue is never going to be a barrel of laughs but I find the queues here relatively short and the staff efficient and hard working, as well as polite. I’ve always found it open and both of the two counters working.
