t. m.This has been my local shop for years. I have to say it never disappoints! The shop is always stocked and clean. The staff (Nick and Nayam in particular) have always been super kind and helpful. They have also started offering the post office service, a game changer (as they only a local post office - make sure you check the royal mail website for update on services. It might saves a trip)
C. M.This is my local Post Office. I'm so glad they opened a Post Office here, I chose this office to collect my Amazon parcels. The staff are all welcoming and are always friendly. Aside from the post office their convenient store provide a wide variety of food and non food on the shelves and special offers are always available.

The lady in particular is always so friendly and helpful and also takes her time to explain Royal Mail procedures and regulations. She always greets me with a warm hello and a kind smile.

C. A.Lovely little branch nestled in between some lovely homes. I must say having a post office open early is such a relief. The tellers are very helpful and efficient. Downside is only 1 at a time thanks to covid.

S. H.I was told by staff recently that the PO is open during the pandemic until 4pm during the week, I think it's open from 9am-1pm on Saturdays. There is only one worker serving at a time and one till for the PO - hope this helps.
The men are miserable and unhelpful - they always kick up a fuss about parcels supposedly not fitting through a letterbox and try to charge you more.
Another time one of them sent me away because he said the postcode was wrong on the parcel. I returned the next day and the lady who served me (who is the complete opposite, always friendly and helpful) said the postcode came up on the system no problem. She also dared to crack a smile, unlike the others!
So look out for the nice lady when you go here because she will give you the best service!

A. H.POST OFFICE OPENING
On the 2nd May Saturday 2020. I was told by staff that the post office is only open from 10 -12 on Saturday's during the covid 19 pandemic. They are unable to update their post office website to advertise this change. I hope this notice saves people a wasted journey.
Today Monday 4th May 2020. I had to return to this post office to collect my Amazon parcel and to buy some stamps. They had no USA stamps or European stamps.Head office need to help out this post office.having no stamps is a serious failing. Having to go to another post office and queue again for another 40 minutes is terribly time consuming.someone help this post office to get organized
