R. H.I have use this post office from the day it Opened and I have never add a problem with the staff at all. They all ways try to be helpful to me as I am blind.
M. T.Visited for the first time during lockdown a few weeks ago. They were being mindful of restrictions and had someone helping to manage the short queue (with everyone spaced out appropriately ) he was chatting to the regular customers and clearly had a good relationship with them.
However last night and today I visited on what are their listed open hours to post some urgent items and both times it has been closed (hours state 7-7 and I visited at 5:30pm and then the next day at 8:30am) it would be helpful if they just updated their temporary hours here if different over the course of the pandemic as they are still showing as open for business
J. A.I had to send off a return parcel to Amazon recently and the wonderful people here were so helpful and went beyond the call of duty to secure the parcel and ensure it was ready to be passed on.
Great customer service and a nice variety of goods here. We are lucky to have a Post Office so close in Custom House.

P.I know the person in post office both of them are very helpful and polite people wants their parcels to be packed provide them cellotape also write the address it's not their job still both have done the work keep the customers happy but some people criticised them because they demand why not it's post office job when it's not done bad reviews are shown l think all offices having the same problems.
