Kishur and Farhana are fantastic. There’s also another lady (whose name I don’t know) who works here who is brilliant. This team is friendly, polite and super-efficient. Best post office in London by a mile!! Dear Royal Mail, this team does great work in a very small and quite run down space - time to invest in them!

This is most definitely the best post office in the Hackney area the staff here are extremely helpful sadia, ferhana & kishor never fail to impress. I send a minimum of 10 parcels daily and they are always very speedy in processing them and even go the extra mile to ensure I meet the pick up time even if I am late they always offer best advice when shipping abroad I will never go any other post office if I am local. kishor is my no1 guy there he has assisted many times and even saved me from a shipping issue when I didn't realise I had same address on more than 6 parcels I highly recommend this office if you have any postal mission to complete

The best. Hands down. For nearly 10years now. The service has always been fantastic. And calm. Not just because im a regular. But because i see how ppl in front of me are treated. Lovely bunch of friendly peeps working there. Sweet as. <3 and if its too busy (like how some ppl have complained here) just go to the other one up the road on mare st (clockwork pharmacy). 🤷🏽‍♂️ if its too busy, thats saying something innit. Everyone comes back to them coz their too good.

That's so far the only Post Office that is very friendly, quick and professional. They help to advise and are doing it with a smile. Good example of how it should be. It's only two counters but the queue gets never long. Well done!

The staff at Dalston Lane Post Office are always so lovely, polite and helpful. They remember who you are, even if you don't go in that often. Today I took a parcel in that I thought I had forgotten to tape up. I telephoned (and they answered straight away!) and they actually went and found the parcel and checked for me! Amazing service, very unusual these days.

Helpful friendly efficient and no queue even though I was posting half dozen large parcels and was nearly closing time, complicated transaction took less than ten pleasant minutes from time I walked inside. Will come here for post in future.
