They should privide the staff from Kingsland High Street Main Post office some customer service training.
M. A.I have been going to this post office for years, I have always found the staff very courteous and friendly.
M. T.It’s a small local branch. I visited it numerous times over the years and the staff has always been professional. I see there are often queues during lunchtime so if you can then avoid those hours.
Regardless of covid19 and social distancing, it’s a really small post office so you won’t have much space inside to prepare your parcels or so, so get things ready in advance if you can.

Great little post office, just choose the quietest time to go to avoid the queues. Its so popular because they are caring and helpful.

They are professional, polite and friendly as well as helpful. Very efficient and remember their customers. Now the post office at the end of Kingsland Road 118 - 120 is awful. Long ques, with rude arrogant staff.
I'm glad that it now has self service I do everything to avoid using that one if I have to. So please take time to review the right post offices on Kingsland Road as there are 2 & although not next door, the service they provide as well as location is literally worlds apart.
416 Kingsland Road post office is by far the best post office in the area!!!!
a. d.Best Post Office in dalston, guys are always, friendly, polite and professional. Some people commenting bad customer service this must be for the 2nd post office further down near dalston kingsland train station.
1.professional staff, always greeting with humour and big smile. This post office is so much better than the main Dalston one, and for our business, situated right between them both, out of choice has it become the main post office we work with.
