J. ..I'm using this post office branch almost every day for last two months and I never had any issues. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. One lady who works on weekends very friendly. The rest are more serious. But with so many customers I need speed and efficiency and they do deliver just that. Thank you for your hard work!
a. a.It’s my local post office and like most reviews here I was of the same opinion at first that staff here was unhelpful and rude but then I realised that it’s mostly the other way around. I’ve been going to this Post Office for over 2 years and never had any complaint. As somebody objected to staff being too nosey about the contents of the parcel, well it’s their job or you might well be sending a fire arm or any other restricted item not approved by Royal Mail. Customers also need to use their heads once in a while that it’s not a high end store like John Lewis or Harrods so if you are craving for a smile and a docile chatty customer assistant you are in the wrong place.
