Been using this PO for years now, since the manager took over it's improved. He's very helpful and kind. I especially like the Indian lady who sits at the far end next to the parcel machine, she's always very helpful, kind, understanding and has great people skills. Sure there are queues at busy times, Monday Tuesday and Saturdays. It's just how it is.

I have been using this post office regularly since April, staff are friendly and helpful, I remember when I started my online business, a member of staff explained to me everything about international shipping which I had no idea about at that time, I’m so grateful to those people who work hard to make life easy for us. I had an offer from Royal Mail that includes free pick up from my house, but since they make it easy for me at this branch, I didn’t follow up with RM request..

I always have gone to this post office I think the staff are amazing obviously there is a que when its a peak periods but some times there's only 2 members off staff I think they deal with every thing the best they can . Dont like how theyve added a mobile shop feels clausted phobic.

Stripped to the bear minimum. There are a few counters and a photo booth. Too bad it is not combined with a stationary shop as you can’t buy any envelope, scotch tape, pens,... quick and efficient though which I guess is the most important in this case.

I find most of the staff here are friendly and helpful. Since the Post office introduced more and more services. Queuing times are ridiculous and this is only a small branch, in a densely populated area. I would recommend this branch, but only if you go half hour before closing, as mornings and afternoons are fairly busy.

Thanks to the kind management and staff of Mida Hill Post Office, the excellent customer service and full staff awareness of their work and excellent customer service was very helpful, looking forward to seeing you again.

I have been in Maida Hill post office in several occasions sing different services. The staff are very experienced and friendly. They were also very and helpful. I can’t recommend enough.

I have been using this same post office ever since early 90's. Yes in time people have changed and the branch has gotten smaller in size. But I face 0 problems and all staff are friendly. But I would like to gently remind all when paying bills check receipt and when getting money do count as it can happen where you are left short changed. But on the whole really nice. Let me share a story of how nice they are. I went in and needed a envelope to post something recorded delivery. Now in other branches they would most certainly ask you to pay upfront for the cost of goods before even handing it over to you. The nice lady I was served by just handed it to me (then again I am there very often), gave me sufficient time to put things in and she even taped it for it. How nice is that. But some of the comments below do not describe how they actually are and as for the queues well this relates 99% to mornings and especially Monday. So people go late morning to avoid queues and be lucky we even have a good post office.

Often busy with queues, pity that a few years ago the original elegant interwar or Art Deco looking exterior fixtures were removed and replaced by unexciting ordinary contemporary ones, fresh paint or other superficial treatment would have seemed to have fixed the old elegant exterior...

Thankful that we have a post office on harrow road but the staff are a bit snarky and the queue is always long. Not good for a quick visit at all. Its so much easier now to user one of the other services for parcels such as hermes etc but for signed for or next day delivery this is the only option and the location is good even if the staff, the wait and everything else isn’t. Also huge problem why do they not have a postbox outside. You have to line up just to post something and when they close your stuck just no idea why you would have a postoffice with no postbox

I live literally next door and I found this place quick and useful. Only once there was a giant queue, so I just waited and I went back one hour later. I never found hostile employees there, so for me is a positive experience. I usually approach with a smile and I receive a smile back, so if they are rude with you, try to understand why...

A few times I’ve been here in the morning on the way to work and it’s always been late to open so a number of people have been waiting outside. Don’t rely on their timing!
