M. R.Nice big post office. Nice service. Its really great they are open til late including Saturdays.
A. H.I gp there quite often mainly to use the cash machine positioned outside. Disabled access is good and it has a ramp and rails. Customers are given the correct space and after being served they exit on another isle. They are open long hour's and are most convenient. It can be busy at school opening and closing times as it next to a school and near a another. Staff are helpful and polite

After realising I had been conned after sending my phone to a buyer without getting my payment I was distraught. I did not know once you send a parcel it becomes a legally binding contract for the royal mail to send so i was unable to retract my delivery. The post master at this site gave me guidance to contact the police and the royal mail and get the parcel stopped. He ensured my return address was on there and noted on the parcel that it should not be sent. I was tracking my parcel and found it had not been delivered but returned to my area and was delivered back to me today. I am so grateful for the support given to me from this post office and i think it is important we all learn our rights before we post anything off and also ensure we are only sending post when we are sure we will receive the payment owed. Thanks again for all your help.
S. S.Great little post office. I take our daily post here after work and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Some times it can get quite busy but most people wait their turn patiently. You always get the odd person who likes to create issues where there aren't any! The staff always remain calm and handle difficult situations professionally.
R. A.Using this branch from last four years and finding it best post office ever. Postmaster always explained in details and tells how to save money in postage by using right size guide and packaging. Always got him extraordinarily conversant with right information and very friendly.

The staff are allways very helpful and accomodating and more importantly always friendly and greet me with a smile. They offer many services which I use and the post office is now open till 8.30pm mon-fri which is so convienient for me. highly recommended.
