They both went out of their way to make my visit seamless. I'd highly recommend using their postal services, it's a much more pleasant experience than the main post office.

Parcel force didn’t help at all, just telling me they’d call me back, but never did. The staff here called parcel force directly and located the parcel assuring me that the parcel hadn’t been lost.
