I've become so accustomed to poor customer service that when the system wouldn't perform the function I was looking for I'd already mentally given up and was thinking of other options. The lady behind the counter persisted and solved my problem. Thank you v.much.
A.Amazing service! Went in for an International Driving Permit and despite a longish queue, it moved fairly quickly. The lady who served me was friendly and very helpful...I was in and out within 10 minutes and was 100% satisfied.
