The passport renewal service in this branch is brilliant. I was in and out within 4minutes!! I brought in my expired passport, gave my phone number and email, they took a quick photo of me (so they know it’s acceptable), I paid the fee and they gave me a receipt. I’ve been receiving regular email / text updates on its progress and on the 7th day I’ve just had confirmation my new passport is on its way to me by recorded delivery! Amazing service, I highly recommend.

This is an absolutely brilliant post office! I have been to a dozen but only here you get comprehensive help with filling documents, changing address on your driving license, etc. Absolutely amazing! Even if I'm long moved from Reading, I'm still glad to give these guys a visit. Best post office in RG and around.

As a regular customer i always received good service. i find each and every member of staff are very polite and friendly. they always happy to help and give you good advice Also waiting time here is a lot less than Market place post office. i would definite recommend this post office to anyone. only down side is i always end up spending a lot of time chatting with staff :)

Friendly staff is a big thing for me as they make you feel welcome and are helpful... Which is what I experienced when I visited this post office a number of times. Very helpful so thank you as my experience with another post office i visited the same day was an absolute joke and waste of time P.s DO NOT GO TO COLEY PARK post office as they are absolutely rude and apparently they don't do scanned parcels or have the facilities "like really" 🤨

Wonderful Post Office with great staff. I've been using this post office for the last 2 years, about once a week, for mainly receiving packages but also sending. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful and have top notch customer service.

This is easily the best post office in Reading. Convenient & competent staff meaning there’s never any great delay in waiting to be served even during peak hours. Open on Sundays too which is very handy.
